School championship KVN

On December 11, 1/4 final KVN game took place within the school championship of the city in the Concert Hall "Ukraina". 13 teams from Kharkiv schools and 1 team from Krivoy Rog participated in the game.

The organizers of the game were the Family and Youth Department, the Education Department of the Kharkov City Council and the Kharkiv Municipal Youth Recreation Center.

There was an intellectual KVN game this year. The fifth season of 2009-2010 years the corresponding name "Intelligent Season". So each team was to get prepared for KVN competitions called "Business Card" and "School News".

9 teams managed to get into the second round:
- “V yablochko” (the Russian equivalent for ‘bull's-eye’) from FML № 27 (http://lyceum27.edu.kh.ua);
- "For fun" from school № 170 of the Kievsky District;
- "72d Meridian" from school № 72 of the Frunzensky District (http://school72.edu.kh.ua);
- "Moscow bit" from school № 143 of the Moskovsky District (http://school143.edu.kh.ua);
- "Escape" from school № 6 of the Dzerzhinsky District (http://gymnasium6.edu.kh.ua);
- "Three times three" from school № 126 of the Leninsky District;
- "Orzshki" pupils’ team from school № 113 (http://school113.edu.kh.ua) and school № 70 (http://school70.edu.kh.ua) of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District;
- "Muscovites" from school № 97 of the Moskovsky District (http://school97.edu.kh.ua);
- «On line» pupils’ team from schools № 152 and №13 of the Leninsky District;
- "Non-format" from Krivoy Rog teachers’ training gymnasium.

The next game of the KVN school championship will be held in February 2010.
