11th Moscow Pedagogical Marathon

On 20 March-13 April 2012, Moscow is hosting the 11th Pedagogical Marathon of Academic Disciplines (founders: Moscow Board of Education and Publishing House ‘Pervoye Sentyabrya’).

The Pedagogical Marathon, which has already become an integral part of Moscow educational space, has opened for the 11th time.

Regular participants recognize each other, exchange impressions and find out a lot of new. They advise novices which instructor to go to, where to enroll for the course, which books to buy.

31 March was the Day of the Physics Teacher. The program of this day balanced between obligatory topics and voluntary speeches. Almost two thirds of all the lectures, seminars and master-classes were to a certain extent connected with the topics of Integrated State Exam and Final State Assessment. Participants widely discussed didactic materials, peculiarities of preparation for the State Exam as well as Internet resources helping teachers in this difficult job. However, there was also place for the creative spirit of brilliant discoveries, scientific research and bold cognizance of the laws of nature, which has always distinguished physicists.

This day was very special because it gathered plenty of Physics teachers. Besides, at the end of the day, there was a pleasant surprise in store for the participants: every participant of the Marathon was given a personal website from EDUkIT.

EDUkIT welcomes new participants of the project – teachers from the Russian Federation!
