The Ministry of Education and Science has approved the regulation on the All-Ukrainian contest of 1-4 grade textbook manuscripts. According to this document, the contest will be held by the Ministry of Education based on the principles of openness, transparence and glasnost. Private people and legal entities having the copyright to use the materials can participate in the contest.
